Effective as of January 1, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RetireGuardian services at retireguardian.top. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using RetireGuardian, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

RetireGuardian provides specialized guidance for individuals planning for later stages of life, including legal advice, planning consultations, and customized document preparation (collectively, “Services”). We also offer digital information materials (“Info Products”) and select physical materials (“Goods”) to support your planning needs.

3. Client Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate personal information when engaging our Services.
• You will cooperate by supplying any documents or details necessary for the completion of Services.
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of RetireGuardian.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund of Service fees within 7 calendar days of the initial consultation if no substantial work has commenced. To request a refund, you must submit your request via our support form. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. If you wish to reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 3 business days in advance to avoid any fee adjustments.

4.2 Information Products

Digital Info Products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, Info Products cannot be refunded once access has been granted. If a product is defective or fails to function as described, please contact us within 5 days of download for a replacement or credit toward another product.

4.3 Goods

Physical Goods may be eligible for a refund if you notify RetireGuardian within 10 days of receipt and return the item in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Refunds for Goods will be issued to the original payment method within 21 days of our receipt of the returned item. A handling fee may apply to cover processing expenses.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bespoke legal reviews and final document drafting are non-refundable due to the individualized nature of the work and resources allocated. These services will be clearly identified as non-refundable before you complete purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and interactionmarks on retireguardian.top are the property of RetireGuardian or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetireGuardian’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Hawalli Governorate.
